The third in a new series of poems on love and longing. How do you know that you really love a woman?
Aah, dear maiden,
Did I ever tell you
I am so much in love with you?
When I am with you,
Life feels so true.
It is such a sweet sensation,
Into your eyes when I gaze,
I feel I could watch forever
Your beautiful face.
In my heart,
Played a thousand violins.
In my mind,
Of only you, I am thinking.
You make me laugh,
You make me cry,
Without you, my heart,
As a desert, dry.
Aah, dear maiden,
Did I ever tell you
I am so much in love with you?
When I am with you,
Life feels so true.
